Terms and conditions
Please be aware that Lotus Method Pilates is an independent Boutique Studio and small business. The studio is not a franchise or affiliated with any other studio. Lotus Method Pilates is a Private, Membership based studio, we do not take Walk-Ins. All Clients hold a current Membership and are the only ones permitted to use the studio/sign up for classes.
Below are the terms and conditions of the business effective as of 1/1/24. Please note, Lotus Method Pilates reserves the right to revise these terms & conditions from time to time as its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately and can be found on the studio’s website.

Purchases and Booking: You must download create your own personal account on Mind Body. Provide your information and have a valid credit card on your account in order to book classes. The studio is paperless, all purchases are digital and done through MB, Software. Booking /Cancelling classes is the responsibility of the client/Member.
*There must be at least 4 clients booked per class. Attendance less than 4 will result in a cancellation of that class. *
Monthly Memberships: When you purchase a Monthly Membership, you agree to our terms and conditions in full. Monthly Members MUST keep a valid credit card on file. The account holder permits Lisa, Sole Owner, and her Administrative Manager, Jackie, to enter all information into MB, the software the studio uses for ALL PURCHASES & CLASS BOOKINGS. All Memberships are auto-renewal. A reoccurring Membership fee is charged to your card each billing cycle. *UNUSED CLASSES DO NOT ROLLOVER to the next month.
Membership Cancellations: If you chose to cancel your membership Agreement, You MUST SUBMIT THE CANCELLATION REQUEST ONLINE VIA EMAIL at Least Five days before the date of your next billing cycle. Failure to provide TIMELY notification will result in a charge for the total amount of your next billing cycle and the cancellation will take effect in the subsequent month.
We Do not offer Membership/account freezes. You either hold a current paid membership or you may terminate your membership as per termination directions above. PLEASE be aware, once a membership is terminated, that spot will go to the next person on our waitlist. Non-payment agreements do not exist.
Return and Exchange Policy: All sales are Final. Classes, class packs (be aware of your expiration date) and Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not accept returns or exchanges of retail items.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your spot in class, you MUST cancel 12 hrs. BEFORE your scheduled class. Please note VALID cancellations MUST BE DONE ONLINE via your MB account, 12 hrs. BEFORE your scheduled class to avoid forfeiture of the class and incurring a fee. Cancellations are your responsibility, no cancellation via phone or text, please. Kindly use your MB account.
Early Cancel: Changes made via MB BEFORE 12 hrs. of the class time. No penalty/no charge.
Late Cancel: Changes made UNDER 12 hrs. = LATE CANCEL. Late cancellations result in a fee of $20 charged to your card on file.
No-Shows: Not showing for the class will result in a fee of $40 charged to your card on file.
*NO Walk-Ins. *GRIP SOCK ARE REQUIRED! Available at studio for purchase.
Weather Policy: We follow the ENPT/NPT School District policy—if schools are closed due to inclement weather, the studio will be CLOSED.
Studio Closures: We follow the ENPT/NPT School District Calendar. 2024-2025 Closure Dates are as follows:
9/2/24- Labor Day 11/11/24- Veterans Day 11/28/24- Thanksgiving Day 11/29/24-11/30/24- Thanksgiving Weekend
12/25/24- 1/1/2025- Christmas -New Years Break 1/20/25 -MLK Day 2/17/25- Presidents Day
. *For any reason the studio needs to close for staff shortages, accounts will be credited accordingly.
